Carbon Fiber
The FCC-6PU series of chopped carbon fibers are produced through processing high-quality carbon fiber precursors. We utilize customized surface sizing agents to treat the fibers, making them more suitable for compositing with various resin matrices. This product is widely applied in melt blending with thermoplastic resin matrices.
Feed-ability
Excellent bundle integrity with high bulk density means consistent feed rates with no nesting or bridging.
Chemical Compatibility
Sizing chemistry that works with the matrix resulting in proper filament dispersion and adhesion .
